Director
Lyn Pelgrave
Lyn began her professional career with The Oz People Children’s Theatre Company, performing in more than 25 productions for over 500,000 children throughout the state. Touring extensively, she developed a deep appreciation for theatre that engages, educates, and inspires audiences of all ages. Lyn later joined Twelfth Night Productions, one of Queensland’s largest theatre producers of its time. During her years with the company, she expanded her skillset beyond performing into choreography, stage management, tour management, production management, and directing. She toured throughout Australia and New Zealand, working alongside many leading names in musical theatre. Lyn’s work with Twelfth Night Productions led to an invitation from producer Jim McPherson to join the original touring production of Menopause The Musical as Resident Director, Choreographer, and Stage Manager. She travelled to Orlando, Florida to rehearse the production with Original U.S. Director, Patty Bender, and went on to work with the show for over 1,300 performances across Australia and New Zealand.
